Biking in Keystone

One of the most popular things to do in Colorado is biking! There is a paved bike trail right off the parking lot near our Keystone condos. The trail leads to Keystone and the golf courses to the East, while the trail West leads around the shores of Lake Dillon to the towns of Frisco and Breckenridge. The Vail Pass trail starts in Frisco, winds through Copper Mountain and up a spectacular valley to the top of Vail Pass.

One of our favorites along the trail is the River Golf Course in Keystone. The trail snakes through the golf course with some incredible views.

Eventually you’ll get around to Lake Dillon where you can enjoy a majestic view of the lake, surrounded by snowcapped peaks in all directions. As you bike around Lake Dillon, you will go make your way through the town of Dillon, across the Lake Dillon Dam, then over to Frisco. At Frisco, you can either continue to Breckenridge or travel to Copper Mountain. An extended ride will take you over Vail Pass and eventually into Vail, Colorado.
