River Run Scenic Gondola Rides

Keystone has two running gondolas, the River Run Gondola and the Outpost Gondola. The River Run Gondola was recently moved across the Snake River, in order to be closer to the village and lodging in River Run. The River Run Gondola is an 8 passenger ride that takes you up to 11,640 feet to the top of Dercum Mountain, which is the first of three peaks at Keystone Resort.

You can ride the gondola in both the summer and winter seasons! In the summer, go for a hike, sit in the Adirondack Chairs or play yard games like cornhole.  In the winter, enjoy heading up for lunch with a view or a warm cup of hot chocolate on the patio at Summit House. 

Tickets are available for purchase to ride the Gondola and if you aren’t skiing, it is well worth the ticket to ride to the top and see the amazing views. There are a couple of restaurants, along with the Summit House Lodge. Or grab an Adirondack chair and enjoy a beer or Bloody Mary while taking in the warm sunshine and spectacular views!

SummitCove Lodging does not sell tickets for Gondola rides, but tickets can be purchased at the lift ticket window at the base of River Run Village at the Ticket Office.
