Cancellation Policy
🌟 Your Vacation Shouldn’t Come with Strings Attached.
Life gets in the way and should not worry about cancelling your trip. SummitCove offers the most flexible cancellation policy in Keystone. Vacations should be relaxing and not induce stress! We are proud to offer all reservations made after June 14, 2025:
✅ Cancel 14 or more days prior to your arrival date = get a FULL refund!
✅ Cancel 7-13 days prior to your arrival date, get a 50% refund.
❌ Cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, no refund.⚠️Reservation must have been booked on or after June 14th, 2025
⚠️Reservation must have been booked directly through SummitCove and not through a 3rd party channel such as VRBO, AirBnB, Etc.
Third Party Booking Websites
If you booked through a third party website (Airbnb,VRBO, Expedia, etc.), please refer to that website for their cancellation policy and / or your confirmation from the booking channel for current terms and conditions and to submit your cancellation. The cancellation policy above only reflects direct bookings with SummitCove and no 3rd party involvement.
Travel Insurance
SummitCove is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control such as closed roads, adverse weather, sickness, injury, or acts of god. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance through our partners, RED SKY Travel Insurance to protect your financial liability in case of these circumstances. You may purchase travel insurance for your lodging through SummitCove up to the date of your final payment. We are unable to add travel insurance after your final payment. The cost of Trip Insurance is not refundable 14 days after purchase. In case of trip cancellation, Trip Insurance premium is not refunded.
