Maintenance Team

Are you handy with tools? Do you have experience fixing household items, appliances, hot tubs, etc?

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Taking care of our guests and homeowners inside our properties

-Fixing basic household items including but not limited to changing light bulbs/batteries, troubleshooting TV and Internet, replacing garbage disposals, troubleshooting appliances, etc.

-Communicating with the office regularly on updates and information

-Communicating with our owner services team on a regular basis

-Driving to town to pick up parts from Lowes

-Make sure our properties are in excellent condition at all times

 

Our guests come from all over the state, country and worldwide to stay in Keystone and enjoy the mountains year round. Our Maintenance Team is responsible for making sure their properties are in excellent condition, and responding to assist them when it is needed.
