You will have the opportunity to earn credits based on group revenue; to your SummitCove account as well as additional credits for food and beverage at STEEP in Keystone, a partner of ours who offers great group spaces in their 2 Keystone locations.

  • $15,001 - $19,999 Group Revenue:

  • $10,000 - $15,000 Group Revenue:

First, signup through the link below and we will contact you to setup your custom guest discount and booking webpage. We can help you get started on your event planning, lodging options and more! 

Plan & book

We can assist with planning - meeting spaces, dining options, activity ideas and even offer special group rates on some things! Your guests will book their lodging individually with the custom group discount code & booking page.

Event Time

We will provide you with guest list updates prior to the event and update you on reward earning levels! The time has come for your event! Sit back and enjoy it, and know that we are here to help you make your event a success. If you've earned a restaurant credit, we will provide it now.

Program Details: 

SummitCove Homeowner Groups Gifts Program Agreement

SummitCove will provide:

❖ Set up of customized group discount: Each guest will receive 10% - 15% off normal lodging rates; Discount amount is subject to change based on season, some blackout dates may apply during Holiday and Peak times. Some properties may not be participating in promotions. Amount will be disclosed before the contract is finalized.

❖ Complimentary custom group landing page on SummitCove website for ease of booking

❖ Dedicated SummitCove group coordinator to work directly with planner and guests and who can book multiple properties at once for you

❖ Individual reservations and confirmation arrangements will be made with each of your guests so that they can choose their own property that fits their group size & budget

❖ Individual attention to your guests with 24/7 customer service, helpful staff, and amazing property selections throughout Keystone, Colorado!

❖ Access to group rates on activities, some event spaces and more. Plus exclusive
Key to Keystone discounts for you and all of your guests on dining, activities, equipment rentals, transportation and more!

Qualifying Rules to Earn ‘Gifts’:

❖ Homeowner must be enrolled in SummitCove Full Service Rental Program at the time of both signup and event and agree to group contract terms by filling out the associated form through link above.

❖ If the group meets the following revenue benchmarks, calculated from the total nightly rate revenue of all reservations, less taxes and fees, the listed ’gifts’ below will be awarded to the homeowner group leader:

    • $20,000+ Group Revenue:
      EARN - $500 Towards Food & Beverage at Participating Restaurant* + $750 SummitCove Homeowner Account Credit

    • $15,001 - $19,999 Group Revenue:
      EARN - $500 Towards Food & Beverage at Participating Restaurant* + $500 SummitCove Homeowner Account Credit

    • $10,000 - $15,000 Group Revenue:
      EARN - $500 SummitCove Homeowner Account Credit

    • $5,000 - $9,999 Group Revenue:
      EARN - $150 SummitCove Homeowner Account Credit

  • Gift is determined on the final level achieved / gifts are not ‘stacked.’
    *Restaurant Credits: Qualifying owners will have the option to choose one of the following:

  • $500 Steep Gift Card to be used at the time of event at the Gateway Steep or the River Run Steep (Can only be used at one location)

  • $500 New Moon Gift Card to be used at the time of event at New Moon Cafe in River Run Village

  • Restaurant credits are non-transferable and has no cash value. 

❖ Only 1 discount per reservation is allowed, so guests must book under your group discount code in order to qualify.

❖ Eligibility will be determined with a final reservation report within 3 days of the event date. Periodic reservation reports will be supplied to the homeowner leading up to the event date as agreed upon between the primary group contact and SummitCove group coordinator.

❖ There are no consequences if the revenue minimum is not met, you just will not qualify to earn any of the additional gift opportunities. All guests will still receive the discounted lodging rate.
