Just down the road from Keystone Resort, the Black Mountain Lodge is the place to be for a unique dining experience in the mountains. Continuing what has swiftly become an Arapahoe Basin staple, the Moonlight Dinner series is back and offering 6 evenings designed by Chef Christopher Ryback.
Chef Rybak has strong roots in Keystone: He opened the Keystone Conference Center and the Outpost restaurants (the Alpenglow Stube and Der Fondue Chessel). Rybak is a certified executive chef of the American Culinary Federation and won Colorado chef of the year in 2000.
