Arapahoe Basin Offers Skiing, Riding and Fun Events in April and May

The ski and snowboard season at Keystone Resort is drawing to a close this weekend, but there is plenty to do at nearby Arapahoe Basin in April and May while waiting for Keystone to ramp up for its summer festivals!

Arapahoe Basin will feature its Live Music Friday performances.  The next show will take place on Friday, April 13th at the 6th Alley Bar from 2:30 to 5:30.  Other shows will follow on April 20th and April 27th.

On Wednesday, April 18th, the 23rd Annual Enduro will take place.  Skiers and riders who participate in this endurance race will take the Pali chair from 7 am to 5 pm continuously without stopping.  The record to beat is 71 runs!

Look for the Moonlight Dinner Series to continue at the Black Mountain Lodge.  This Saturday, April 7th the theme is A Night in Spain.  On Saturday, May 5th, the dinner series will feature A Night in Asia theme.  Best of all, you can snowshoe, hike or take the chairlift.

Saturday, April 21st, A-Basin will host the 10th Annual Spyder Grind, which is an uphill/downhill adventure race designed to introduce new participants to back country skiing and to challenge veteran skiers.  Contact Arapahoe Basin for registration information.
