Arapahoe Basin's Dining Events at Black Mountain Lodge Set for Summer of 2012!

Arapahoe Basin ski resort announced its summer lineup of dining events at the Black Mountain Lodge.  If you are planning your Summit County vacation, this is a perfect opportunity to combine hiking in the beautiful Rocky Mountains with a great culinary experience.  A-Basin is located just a short drive away from Keystone Resort, and it's well worth it to make the trip from our lodging properties in Keystone, Colorado for one of these events!

July 20th:  Alpenglow Dinner and Wildflower Hike

Take in the sunset and the beautiful hills filled with wildflowers along the Continental Divide after a fantastic meal.  From 5:30 to 6 pm, you can take the Black Mountain Express to the Black Mountain Lodge where you will enjoy cocktails and light hors d' oeuvres and live entertainment.  From 6-8 pm, Chef Christopher Rybak will present his elegant Colorado themed cuisine.  Afterwards, enjoy the mountain sunset and fresh air as you hike back to the base area.  The cost is $78 including gratuity, and kids under 12 are invited for $45.  There will be a cash bar available.  Contact Arapahoe Basin Directly for information about purchasing tickets.

August 26th: Brunch at Black Mountain Lodge

Make your way up the hiking trail or take the lift to Black Mountain Lodge where you can enjoy a delicious brunch menu and enjoy the summer.  Brunch will be served from 10 am to 2pm, with a seating every 30 minutes.  The last seating will take place at 1:30 pm.  Tickets are $35 including lift service, and kids under 12 can attend for $15.  Tickets will be made available through Arapahoe Basin shortly.

September 8: Clam Bake

This high-country Clam Bake will take place at the base area.  Enjoy free live music and, of course, beautiful mountain scenery!  Food will be served beginning at 4:30 pm, and live music will play from 3 to 6pm.  The 6th Alley Bar will be open for the event!  Pricing information is not yet available; please contact Arapahoe Basin directly if you are interested in purchasing tickets.
