Arapahoe Basin's Montezuma Bowl is Now Open!

Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, located just 10 minutes from Keystone Resort, has opened its 400 acre Montezuma Bowl to the public as of February 24th.    All of the intermediate terrain in Montezuma Bowl is open, which includes Columbine, Larkspur, Shining Light, Ned's Cache, Independence and Elk Meadows.  Advanced terrain is open in Torreys, Grays, Bierstadt and Lightning Traverse.  All newly opened terrain will be accesibel from the Zuma charilift.  The openings are due to the past week of snow storms.

Arapahoe Basin is reporting 6 open lifts, 63 open trails, 600 acres with 100% of beginner terrain open, 94% of intermediate terrain, and 49% of advanced runs now open.
