Arapahoe Basin's Summer Event Lineup: Clam Bakes, Yoga in the Mountains, and more!

Arapahoe Basin has released its summer special events lineup, and it is shaping up to be an exciting summer down the road from Keystone Resort.  Take a look at the list below!

Sunday, July 1 Arapahoe Basin Trail Run

The kick of for summer includes a morning trail run, an all-you-can-eat BBQ lunch and pig roast, and live music on the mid-mountain lodge deck from 11am to 2pm.  The race entry fee is $15, and the race and lunch package is $25.  Spectators qualify for the lift/lunch package for $20 for adults and $15 for kids ages 12 and under.  This includes the BBQ lunch and lift ride up Black Mountain Express.

July 20 Wildflower Dinner

Enjoy an Alpenglow Dinner and Wildflower hike.  The eventing will include fantastic selection of dishes, a meandering hike through fields of wildflowers and a spectacular Colorado sunset. The price is $78, with a special price of $45 for kids under 12.  A cash bar will also be available.

July 26 Yoga on the Mountain

Take a 1.7 mile hike from the base area to mid-mountain where you can relax your body and invigorate your mind.  Enjoy a healthy spa luncheon afterwards.  The total cost is just $35, but hurry!  There is a maximum of 50 participants.

August 26 Brunch at Black Mountain Lodge

Make your way up the mountain on a hike, or take the lift and enjoy a delicious brunch in the summer sunshine.  Price is $35 including lift ride.  Kids 12 and under are $15.

September 8 Clam Bake

Enjoy an old-fashioned high country clam bake and free live music.  Pricing is not yet set, but the live music is scheduled from 3-6pm, with food being served at 4:30pm. SummitCove is proud to be your lodging provider when you visit Summit County this summer for an unforgettable vacation!
