SummitCove Lodging Earns 'Best Place to Work Award' at the 2019 Summit Chamber Excellence Awards

SummitCove Vacation Lodging is the premier provider of Keystone vacation rentals and property management at Keystone Resort, Colorado.  The company has been in business since 2001, when it started in the company owners', Peter and Cheri Reeburgh's kitchen, renting out their personal condo located in the Summit Cove neighborhood near Keystone.  Soon the business grew, along with the team employed by SummitCove Lodging, today managing over 300 vacation rentals properties and a core 50+ full time staff directly in Keystone.  Ask any employee why they enjoy working at the company and you will likely hear a variety of responses, but one of the most common relates back to the team, the culture and their coworkers.  Some say, "It feels like a family" or "I love who I work with"... there is a unique company culture here that allows team members to rely heavily on each other and trust in their team and leaders.   The company recently embarked on an entirely new financial way of operating and began 'The Great Game of Business' in October of 2019.
