Early Season Snowstorm Drops 10 inches of New Snow at Keystone

Summit County was hit by a nice early season snowstorm earlier this week, dropping over a foot of snow in some areas of Summit County and 10 inches in 2 days at Keystone Resort.  The fresh snow allowed Keystone to open up additional lifts and runs, now skiing from top to bottom.

As of this morning there are currently 6 lifts and 6 runs open.  Keystone is hoping to open A-51 terrain park very soon.  Today the upper portion of Schoolmarm opened, running to the top of Silverspoon and Last Chance, and finally dumping out to the Montezuma Lift mid-mountain.

The skiing is great here at Keystone Resort!  If you haven't made plans yet for your Thanksgiving Vacation, why not head to the mountains and enjoy a snowy white Holiday on the slopes?  SummitCove Vacation Lodging is currently offering 20% off Thanksgiving stays of 4 or more nights.  Check out our Thanksgiving Lodging sale here.  See you on the slopes!
