Sunday, April 8th marks the closing date for Keystone Resort for 2012.  There will be plenty of events, including many Easter holiday themed activities that the whole family can enjoy!

Keystone will present Easter Morning in River Run from 9:30-11am with uplifting melodies from the Gospel Trio: Divine Harmony in the events plaza.  The Slush Cup will follow, so be sure to look for the SummitCove Yeti when he participates at the event at Mountain House Village! The Slush Cup will begin at 11am.

Nearby, Arapahoe Basin will host the Beach N' Egg Hunt, which is perfect for families with younger kids.  They can meet the Easter Bunny, and get a little skiing and egg hunting in to boot.  The event is also open to non-skiing children. The Easter Bunny will arrive at noon  just outside the Snowsports Center. For children who do not ski, the egg hunt will take place on Molly Hogan at noon. For children who do ski, the egg hunt will be held on Wrangler around 1pm. Kids can hunt for eggs containing candy as well as eggs with toys (for children with allergies).

The Town of Frisco will host its annual Kids' Easter Egg Hunt at noon.  Just a short distance from Keystone, kids can search for over 5,000 candy filled eggs.  Look for the special eggs with other fun prizes, too!  This event is recommended for kids 0-8 years old.

Families with older children can check out Copper Mountain's Easter Egg Hunt, with fun Easter events for all ages.  Copper will have over 50,000 Easter Eggs, which as you can imagine will be the largest Easter Egg hunt in Colorado!  Copper is located only 6 miles West of the town of Frisco on I-70.  They will also have special prize eggs in addition to their candy-filled eggs.

The final weekend of Keystone Resort's 2011/2012 ski season is full of things to do, and amazing Summit County lodging deals, so come on up!
