Sleeping eight in this large three bedroom, three bath condo, there is plenty of room to spread out. The roomy living room with vaulted ceilings will be the center of activity on your trip. Have movie night in front of the large flat screen tv, enjoy game night on the big dining room table, or cuddle up by the beautiful stone gas fireplace. The kitchen is open to the living room so the chef won't miss out. The chef will love the gorgeous granite countertops while they have fun whipping up group dinners in the fully equipped kitchen. Dine either on the indoor dining table that seats six or eat al fresco on the balcony table that seats four. Grill out steaks or veggie burgers on the balcony while relaxing with a local craft beer or your favorite wine. It's unusual to find a vacation rental with three king beds but this home has that, so it would be great for couples traveling together or a group of adults. The downstairs bedrooms are large with plenty of storage and each with a king bed. One has a private bath. The upstairs loft bedroom is perfect for the ski bum with it's fun ski headboard king size bed and ski decorations. Whoever gets the loft bedroom will enjoy the attached bath so there is no reason to climb the stairs in the middle of the night. The living room also has a pull-out sofa to sleep two more so feel free to add on a couple more friends to join the fun.
The Lodgepole complex is surrounded by the pine and aspen trees in quiet West Keystone. It's the perfect location if you want to be close to the slopes but feel like you are in the forest. You can shuttle to the Mountain House base area to start your day on the mountain, hopefully skiing or boarding some fresh powder! You also can enjoy a nice walk over to Lakeside Village where you can rent a stand up paddle board in the summer or ice skate in the winter. If you gained an appetite on the walk over, try the Edgewater Cafe for breakfast or lunch. The Bighorn Bistro is perfect for drinks and dinner. The bike path is also easy to catch from here to head to Dillon Reservoir or go as far as Vail Pass. After a day exploring Keystone, relax in Lodgepole's indoor hot tub and swimming pool.
