New 6th Alley Bar Area Remodel at Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort

The popular 6th Alley Bar at the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area is currently undergoing a complete facelift and is scheduled to reopen around Thanksgiving of the 2013 / 2014 ski season. The new space will be twice as large as the current area  and will be more of an 'open' layout with higher ceilings and less cluttered floor plan.  The windows will be larger and offer up better views of the surrounding mountains.  The bar itself is expected to be opened up double the current size in length, which will allow more efficient and faster service to patrons.  Some of the highlights will be a new stage for live music, more flat screen TV's and a larger draft beer menu- up to 20 Colorado beers on tap at any given time! The upstairs third-floor seating area, referred to as 'The Perch' will be weatherproofed, offering better protection from the wind and elements and another spot to check out the live music. In addition to the larger space, new layout, and added features, the new bar will be rolling out an expanded food menu and a wider selection of drinks. No need to worry though, your favorite classic cocktails such as their famous Bacon Bloody Mary's will still be available!  Along with the new space, a new name is also in place- the area will now be known as the 6th Alley Bar and Grill. Be sure to check out this newly remodeled space when you are visiting Keystone and Arapahoe Basin Ski Resorts this winter!
