New Private Home joins the Summitcove Family
Nothing is more fun than staying in a Private Home in Keystone and we just happen to have a new, gorgeous and massive property in West Keystone!
The Summit Mountain Retreat is the perfect place for traveling families and large groups! This 5 bedroom, 5 and a half bathroom, 5265 square foot home sleeps a whopping 16 people and has plenty of space for relaxation, socializing and more! The dining area also has loads of space, as does the living room!
Let's start outside. There are two ground level patios, one on the corner off a bedroom and the other off the living room downstairs. The latter gives access to the large, private hot tub and a picnic table. The top floor features a beautiful upper level deck, which provides an amazing place to take in the breathtaking views across the Snake River (which runs RIGHT at the northern edge of this lot) to the Gore Mountain range in the west. The upper deck, which is partially covered, can even be used when the rain or snow is falling and has outdoor dining furniture and a Private Grill (which is just one more reason to gather a group together and stay at Summit Mountain Retreat in the summer or winter). There are gardens at the entrance, which look gorgeous in the summer. The large driveway and garage allows parking for several cars.
The inside, as I mentioned before, is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 16 adults. The formal dining area and large kitchen makes this a great home to spend the holidays in. I'd bring my family here in a heartbeat! It's rare to find a home with such a spacious option for everyone to dine together. In the upper living room there is a huge Flat Screen TV right next to the fire place set in a stone hearth that stretches up to the high pine covered vaulted ceilings. Windows and several access doors to the wrap around deck surround the living room.
On the main floor there is a huge bedroom that cannot be called anything but a Master Suite. It's larger than nearly any studio apartment you could rent in Keystone, complete with a sitting area and a luxurious, attached bathroom. There is access to the wrap around deck from this room too! The ground level is complete with an additional TV AND Foosball table! There are an additional four bedrooms, a ski storage room, a private laundry room and there is also access to the hot tub through the living room sliding glass doors. Unlike most of the private homes in Keystone, the Summit Mountain Retreat has access to both a private hot tub on property as well as the hot tub AND POOL at the Soda Springs complex! Just yards down the street our guests here can enjoy the larger hot tubs, heated outdoor pool and outdoor grilling/picnic area.
There are many other things I'm sure you will notice which are valuable, unique and intriguing about this beautiful home. It is just one mile from the lifts and restaurants at Mountain House, a short drive or shuttle run from Wild Irishman, which is less than 5 minutes walk from this place!
