Quicksilver Annual Fire Alarm Testing October 24th and 25th

Quicksilver Homeowners and Guests should note that the annual fire alarm testing is scheduled for October 24 and 25, 2011. The testing will be completed by Allied Security. During the testing and inspection, the alarms will sound loudly throughout the day, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. SummitCove will notify our guests during this time. The technicians will need to enter each unit to test the heat sensors inside.
This is also a good time to remind all owners that the installation and maintenance of CO detectors is the responsibility of each owner or the owner's authorized agent. Carbon monoxide sensors are not maintained by the association, but it is recommended that each unit be equipped with CO detectors located the appropriate distances from fuel-fired equipment and sleeping areas.
Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at SummitCove!  We thank you for your patience and understanding.
