Ski Butlers is my favorite company for renting skis and snowboards because they deliver and it is more than just delivery. Our “Butler” brought gear for five people to our condo. Steve fit my family with boots, boards and skis and I didn’t have to do anything. My picky child tried on three pairs of boots and the patience Steve had was incredible. He was joking with the kids and giving tips on which runs to ski on at Keystone. Once everyone was happy with their gear, Steve took all the skis and snowboards down to our ski locker and then brought the ski locker key back to us in the condo. We were blown away by the customer service that Ski Butler provided.
We skied for 3 days and we all noticed how well our boots fit. I usually struggle with rental ski boots, and my feet can really hurt which can shorten my ski day. The ski boots from Ski Butlers were the best fit I have ever had! I could ski much longer in the day with my kids and really enjoyed myself. The skis and snowboards seemed brand new and performed well in different conditions. One day we had ice, the next day it snowed 6 inches and was a powder day, and the third day was a blue sky day with beautiful conditions. Of course the ice day was our least favorite day to ski, but our edges were freshly tuned so we were able to still make turns and enjoy some time on the mountain.
On our last day Ski Butler came back to our condo and picked up all our gear. It was an easy pack up for a ski vacation, and it was a relief to not have to worry about stopping at the rental shop as we rushed out of town to catch our plane.
