Thanksgiving Weekend Events in Keystone Colorado

Thanksgiving weekend in Keystone is stacked with family-friendly events and activities to fill your weekend with fun!   On Saturday, November 25th, 2017, the fun begins with the Welcome Winter Family Carnival from 3 - 6 pm at Warren Station in River Run.  All sorts of free fun games and activities will be available for the kids including face painting, live entertainment, crafts and more. Free kettle corn and hot chocolate will be offered as well.  In the main ballroom, parents (and kids!) can dance the afternoon away to live music from the bluegrass Americana band, Coral Creek. Cocktails and Welcome Winter mixers and beverages will be available for purchase.   Next up head into the heart of River Run for the Lighting of River Run Holiday Celebration.  From 5 - 6 pm, kids can visit with Santa and enjoy hearing Carolers in the village.  Free hot cocoa and cookies will be served to all.  At 6:05 pm, watch the lighting of the large holiday tree in the center of River Run as you listen to the holiday music.   Book a condo in River Run Village for Thanksgiving in order to be within walking distance of these fun and free family events.  Check out some of our River Run Condos favorites such as Buffalo Lodge, Dakota or Silver Mill Condos.  You'll love being able to walk everywhere and just leave the car parked all weekend in the heated garage.
