If you need to cancel your Keystone vacation rental reservation at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you'll receive a full 100% refund. This gives you ample time to adjust your plans without financial penalty.
Cancel 7-13 Days Before Arrival: 50% Refund! Even if your plans shift closer to your arrival date, we've got you covered. For cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before your check-in, SummitCove Lodging will provide a 50% refund.
Cancellations Under 7 Days: No Refund. For cancellations made less than 7 days before your arrival, a refund will not be issued. This policy helps us manage our properties effectively and ensure availability for all guests.
