Warren Station Keystone Conference and Events Center

Warren Station at Keystone Resort, Colorado is a 7,200 square foot facility that is centrally located in River Run Village, which is the main ski village at Keystone.  The center hosts an array of activities and events, including conferences, weddings, performing arts, live music and more. The facility is multi-functional and can be setup in many different ways to suit the renter's desire, whether you are looking for a classroom style setup with rectangular tables for viewing slideshows or round tables for team oriented group activities. There is a stage and top of the line sound system which can be hooked up to music, microphones and used for presentations.   The Center allows guests to bring in their own catering options in order to be able to really customize what a group is looking for.  They do have a bar area as well for drinks or if a group wants to host a cocktail hour or appetizers at the end of their day.  The lobby area of the building features floor to ceiling windows, making it a beautiful spot to relax with a nice view. The location of Warren Station absolutely cannot be beat.  The center is amidst a host of vacation lodging condos that are available for rental.  SummitCove Lodging is the premier provider of lodging to Warren Station guests.  Guests will be happy to know they can host upwards of 700 people in The Springs Condominium Building alone, which means the whole group can be in the same building.  The Springs is just yards from Warren Station, making it easy to run back to the room during a break or grab your ski gear and head to the mountain. There are also many other lodging options available to stay at right in the Village and we are able to offer group discounts as well! The Center is also just a short walk from the River Run Gondola which is the main mode of transportation up the mountain.  Summer or Winter, there are always a lot of fun activities available to do in Keystone.  In the winter guests can getaway for an afternoon of skiing, snowboarding or snow tubing in the winter months as well as yard games, hiking, weekly live music and more in the summer.  There is a great variety of restaurants in the Village area as well, making it easy to grab a morning coffee and burrito or a late night dinner with colleagues. Transportation is easy to get to Keystone, just 70 miles from the Denver International Airport it is a quick trip up the hill.  There are multiple transportation companies in the area that provide both public and private shuttles to and from the airport, so there will be no worries about rental cars or having to drive on winter roads. Warren Station's central location, their ability to customize your experience, the array of lodging options and its beautiful setting make it one of the most unique conference and event centers in the Colorado Rockies.
