Who's Offering What for Thanksgiving Dinner in Keystone

Keystone Resort is home to many delicious dining options, and holidays are no exception. If you're coming to Keystone for Thanksgiving weekend, there are plenty of alternate options for a nice Holiday meal without having to spend your whole day cooking in your condo. A variety of restaurants throughout Keystone Resort are serving a special Thanksgiving menu that is sure to make you holiday meal special. The following restaurants require reservations and are filling up quickly, call 970-496-4FUN to make a reservation.

-Bighorn Bistro and Bar will be offering a Thanksgiving buffet from 3pm-8pm. This is a great option for families looking to make a reservation as it is more casual than some of the other fine dining options. Adults $49.95; Children $25.

-Ski Tip Lodge will be serving a 4 course meal for $75 per person. If you're looking for a more romantic and intimate dinner, this is the restaurant for you.

-Keystone Ranch will also be serving a 4 course meal for $65 per person. This is one of the finer dining restaurants in Keystone, and provides complimentary transportation to and from the restaurant for anyone staying in Keystone. 

-The Dinner Sleigh Ride will be running on Thanksgiving as well. Another great option for families, the Dinner Sleigh Ride will take you to one of the original homesteads in Keystone Valley. Entertainment is provided along with a brief history of the area. However, it is important to note that the whole event (which includes the ride out there, dinner and the ride back) will take about 3 hours. Adults $89; Children (12-4) $57; 3 & under are free.

-Alpenglow Stube will be serving their signature 7 course meal for $97 per person and will offer a Thanksgiving dinner menu option. This too is a more time consuming option because it requires a ride on two gondolas to arrive at the restaurant location. 

-Der Fondue Chessel will also be serving a special Thanksgiving dinner menu and will involve taking two gondola rides to get to the restaurant. With a Bavarian theme, and a casual atmosphere, this is a great place to take the family. Adult $59; Children $29.50. 

If making a reservation is not your best option, but you are still looking to dine out, several restaurants in River Run will be open on Thanksgiving Day on a first come, first serve basis.

-Kickapoo Tavern will be offering a special turkey dinner and traditional Thanksgiving sides, along with their regular menu which consists mainly of burgers and pub style food. 

-9280 Taphouse will be open during normal business hours, and will be serving their standard menu: a variety of soups, salads and sandwiches.  

-Luigi's Pasta House will also be open during normal business hours, noon - 10pm. 

For those looking to simply grab a quick bite to eat between the festivities, there are several restaurant that will be serving food all day on Thanksgiving. 

-Inxpot will be open 7am- 5pm. They offer breakfast and lunch, along with a variety of pastries, coffee, and cocktails.  

-Spoon Cafe will be open 8am- 5pm (possibly later, if demand requires it). They serve sandwiches, burgers and other light menu options. 

-Please note that Wolf Rock Steakhouse, Snake River Saloon, Dos Locos and Pizza 101 will be closed for the holiday.

If you would rather stay in, but aren't quite prepared to make a Thanksgiving feast, the City Market grocery store in Dillon or Whole Foods from Frisco both offer several pre-made meals that can be ordered ahead of time from their deli. Thanksgiving dinner packages range from $39.99 - $159.99 and feed between 2-8 people, varying in quantity and side options.
