Thanksgiving Dinner In Keystone Resort

Thanksgiving Dinner Ideas

For those of you looking to come out to fabulous Keystone for Thanksgiving, we have some awesome suggestions! Some companies are offering a free turkey dinner with your rental, but that may not be the best option for you or your family. Some families want to cook the rustic, delicious foods themselves, whilst others say, "I'm going out!". Here are some ideas for Turkey Day to fit almost any palette and budget!

City Market

City Market is the local grocer of Keystone and Dillon and they make Turkey Dinner for you. However, it all comes in frozen and you have to heat everything up yourself! The basics feed 4-6, 6-8, 10-12 or more depending on the size of the Turkey and the sides. If you are looking for an inexpensive and easy way to cook a great meal and maybe add some of your famous side dishes (like candied yams). The traditional dinner from City Market includes the turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry sauce, stuffing, rolls, vegetables and a pumpkin pie! The size differs depending on the package and typically ranges from $39-$99 for the entire meal! You can also stock up at City Market if you want to cook from scratch. They are a full grocer and even have a gourmet section with artisan cheeses, herbs, spices, produce, meats and more!

Zuma Roadhouse

Zuma Roadhouse is located in River Run Village and offers really delicious dining at reasonable prices. Give them a call to find out what Thanksgiving specials they will be running this year!

Bighorn Steakhouse

For those of you that want nothing to do with cooking or cleaning, I would recommend Bighorn Steakhouse's Thanksgiving Buffet. Complete with everything such as turkey, prime rib, potatoes, stuffing, fresh made rolls, pie and even a chocolate fountain for dessert! The price is a little more expensive (about $40 for adults and $20 for kids), but the food is exquisite and there's no cleanup or preparation. Truly an experience for vacationers to Keystone! Last year, Bighorn did a 2-for-1 special on Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) and everybody benefited! There are also many different restaurants open during Thanksgiving and many have holiday menus and delicious foods. Decide what is best for your family and remember that Summitcove will help you make a decision to best fit the needs of your party!
