3rd Annual Winter Bluegrass Festival in Keystone Colorado

On March 7 and 8, 2014 Keystone's Warren Station will be lit up with live Bluegrass music from four Colorado bands for the 3rd Annual Winter Bluegrass Festival at Keystone Resort.  Friday night, the 5 piece Steel Pennies kick things off at 7pm followed by the headliner The Blue Canyon Boys at 9pm. The Blue Canyon boys won the 2008 Telluride Bluegrass festival band contest and were picked to represent the U.S. at the 14th annual Rainforest World Music Festival in Sarawak, Malaysia.  Saturday night features music from The Pine Beatles and The Haunted Windchimes.  Both evenings will start with a Community Jam kickoff hour from 6 - 7 pm, so bringing your own fiddles and banjos is highly encouraged!

There is free parking for the event in the River Run Montezuma Parking Lot.  Doors open at 6 pm both nights.  Tickets for the event can be purchased www.keystonewinterbluegrass.comPurchase in advance at $12 a night or $20 for two-night pass in advance or buy them at the door for $15 a night or $25 for a two-night pass.  SummitCove Lodging in Keystone offers vacation rentals in the heart of River Run Village, just steps from Warren Station.  We suggest renting a condo at Black Bear, Jack Pine Lodge, or Silver Mill for the ultimate Bluegrass headquarters!
