Big Name Bands at Keystone Resort this Ski Season

Keystone's Warren Station in River Run hosts all sorts of events and concerts throughout the year, and this ski season is no exception.  There are already quite a few big name bands on the books for the 2017 / 2018, meaning it's going to be a good year for live music in the mountains!   First up is Keller Williams and his compadres, playing a two night set on December 15 and 16.  Keller is back at Keystone for his 6th year in a row!  This event features two very different evenings, with Friday night a Bluegrass focused set and Saturday electric.  Keller brings to stage each night a solo set, followed by a group set with 'compadres' - friends from other bands including Elephant Revival, Leftover Salmon, String Cheese Incident and Grant Farm.  Keller is known for his amazing improv performances and looping tracks. Advance tickets are $30 for one night or get both nights for $55, you can purchase Keller Williams tickets here.  The shows end at 11:30 each night, but the music doesn't have to stop! Head over to the Goat Soup and Whiskey for more live music from another Colorado based band, The Magic Beans, playing the same evenings.   Just a couple weeks later, Colorado Bluegrass band, Trout Steak Revival takes the stage for a New Year's Eve throwdown, again returning after previous years at Warren Station. This 5 player string band has been named with multiple awards and nominations, including an Emmy for their work on a PBS soundtrack.  New Year's Eve in Keystone is a ton of fun, with skiing, ice skating, tubing, fireworks, and a torchlight parade all precursing this main concert event to ring in the new year.  The show is $20 in advance or $25 at the door if still available.   January is action packed too, with the Kyle Hollingsworth Band headlining Warren Station on January 12, kicking off the Martin Luther King Holiday 3-day weekend.  Kyle is best known as the keyboardist in the long-time Colorado-created band, The String Cheese Incident, whose roots are deep from the mountain town of Crested Butte, Colorado. Hollingsworth brings a great live energy to the stage and plays a mix of original songs, String Cheese music, as well as cover songs.  Your feet will move as soon as he hits the stage!  Get tickets in advance here for just $18.     The following week, The Motet brings their soul funk tunes to Keystone on January 19, for the 5th year in a row! This show tends to sell out every year and the people just can't get enough of the rhythmic funk tunes from this fun band. Get your tickets now before this show sells out!     This is just the beginning of the ski season live music concert lineup happening here at Keystone Resort.  Stay tuned for more show announcements and get your tickets today for these awesome upcoming concerts at Warren Station!
