Don't let your Yoga practice fall through the cracks during your Keystone ski vacation! Join instructors from Meta Yoga Studios for FREE yoga classes on Saturday mornings at Epic Mountain Gear in Frisco! Classes start at 7am and last for one hour at their Frisco location, 233 Lusher Court, Frisco, CO, near Whole Foods. Classes are scheduled to last throughout the winter season. All skill levels are welcome and this is a great opportunity for both visitors and locals. Meta Yoga Studio's home base is located in Breckenridge and offer a variety of classes year round.
There is also a Yoga center right here in Keystone called Studio K which offers a variety of classes every day of the week. Some of their November classes include a 'Winter Conditioning' class as well as an 'Après Ski' class, in addition to the more traditional Yoga classes. Studio K is located in Lakeside Village, near the Keystone Adventure Center as well as Lakeside Condos, Lake Shore Condominiums, Edgewater and other Lakeside Village properties. No reservations for their classes are needed, but it is recommended you arrive 10 - 15 minutes in advance of the class start time to register. Drop in prices are $14 per class or you may purchase punch cards and receive even better rates!
