Frisco Adventure Park and Nordic Center for Tubing, Nordic Skiing and More!

The Frisco Adventure Park Tubing Hill is expected to open for Thanksgiving weekend, and some big things are already in the works!  The new adventure park is located just minutes away from Keystone Resort, and will be a great addition to the winter activities available in Summit County.

The Summit Daily News has reported that the Town of Frisco has spoken with the Copper Mountain Ski and Ride School about offering beginner ski lessons at the Adventure Park.  The soonest that the partnership would begin is February 2012, once the details have been ironed out.  Once the finishing touches have been decided, SummitCove will keep you posted on the details!

The tubing park offers both a tubing hill and a ski and ride slope and terrain park.  The Frisco Nordic Center offers miles of Nordic skiing and snowshoe trails, as well as a new dinner and sleigh ride experience from Two Below Zero Sleigh Rides.
