Keystone Resort to Open October 28 for the 2022 - 2023 Ski Season
The Schoolmarm and Silver Spoon trails will be open for enjoying, plus skiers and riders will have access to a hike-to terrain park located on Spring Dipper. The early season terrain can be accessed by taking the River Run Gondola from the base area, with skiing and riding off the Montezuma Express lift. Keystone Resort will continue to make snow as the weather allows and expand terrain offerings as soon as possible. More snow is currently in the forecast for the next few days and should make for great conditions for opening weekend. The Mountain House Base Area is expected to open sometime in mid-November. Keystone resort will be open daily with operations from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Night skiing will be back this season on weekends and holidays, and on those nights open until 8 p.m. Night skiing will start on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2022. Keystone will be limiting day-of lift ticket sales this season, so it is best to purchase a season pass, or buy your lift tickets online at least 7 days in advance.
On Saturday of opening weekend, guests are encouraged to come in their Halloween costumes to participate in the costume contest, plus trick or treating! Opening day is always alot of fun and a chance to get back out there for your first turns of the season.
