The Week Ahead in Keystone for August 22-28th!

This promises to be an exciting week in Keystone, and it's a great time to visit Summit County.  The weather has been perfect, and the events keep coming.  Here's your look ahead at all that Keystone Resort has to offer this week!

The Summit Mountain Challenge XC Race Series is entering its 25th season and race #6 this summer is the Keystone River Run Rally this week.  Registration is open, and details can be found here.

Thursday, August 25, 2011

Theatre on Thursdays presents 'Altar Boys' at Warren Station in River Run Village.  Doors will open at 7pm and the performance begins at 7:30.  Visit the Lake Dillon Theater's main webpage for information and tickets.

The Friday Afternoon Club continues with FREE gondola rides from 3pm - sunset every Friday. Enjoy live music while taking in the majestic scenery from the deck of the Summit House and chow down on some delicious BBQ.  The remaining lineup for music features the Luv Brothers on August 26th, and Arnie J. Green on September 2nd.

The Snake River Chamber Festival also continues in Keystone, with doors opening at 6:15pm and musical performances beginning at 7pm at Warren Station Center for the Arts in River Run Village.  This week's concert features Charles Wetherbee playing violin, David Hardy playing cello and Lisa Emmenheiser on piano (aka Opus 3).  For additional information on artists and programs visit the Dercum Center website.

The ProCycle Challenge hits Stage 5 from Steamboat Springs to Breckenridge on Saturday.  After winding through Dillon, Keystone and Gold Hill, the cyclists will enter Breckenridge and ride to the finish line downtown.
