If you are visiting Keystone Resort this winter, there are some really fun things to do. You can go ice skating at either of the two outdoor ice rinks, take a sleigh ride at the Keystone Stables, go tubing, snowshoeing, skiing, snowboarding, shopping, snow-biking and more. The holiday season in Keystone is even more action packed with special events and holiday festivities.

Chocolate Village at Keystone Lodge & Spa[/caption]
Each holiday season, 'Chocoville' comes to life as Keystone's head pastry Chef New Archibald puts together an entire holiday village crafted completely from chocolate at the Keystone Lodge & Spa. The mini alpine village features a working gondola, moving train, chocolate waterfall, giant Christmas Tree and more. This is a holiday tradition that you have to see! The exhibit is open 24 hours a day, but the trains stop running from midnight to 6am. The village stays up until January 2nd.

Snow Fort at Keystone Kidtopia[/caption]
Keystone Kidtopia is now in full swing and the highlight is the giant snow fort castle at the top of Dercum Mountain. You can also check out kid-friendly Kidtopia events like Ripperoo's Village Parade, Meet the Avy Dogs, Disco Tubing, fireworks every Saturday night and more!
New Year's Eve 2013 in Keystone kicks off at 5 pm for the kids with Cookie Decorating & Puppet Show at the Adventure Center. The Torch Parade in River Run Village starts at 7 pm, which will be followed by a grand showing of fireworks that can be seen from both villages. There will be plenty of options around town for live music, as well as an ultimate 80's party and New Year's countdown at Warren Station with the band New Sensation. Tickets are just $11 in advance or $13 at the door, the doors open at 9pm. Wear your best 80's gear for a chance to win door prizes! This will be a fun event for everyone, don't miss the free gondola photo booth and party favors! Other events for the evening include live music with the band SWERVE at the Snake River Saloon and a NYE Celebration Party at 9280.
Arapahoe Basin is also helping you ring in the new year with their 'New Year's Eve in the Mountains' lift-serviced special dinner. Head Chef Christopher Rybak is putting together a special meal, along with champagne and party favors, counting down with New York at 10 pm.
