Wine lovers are in for a nice treat this weekend at Keystone's Winter Wine Weekend, hosted at Warren Station on Saturday, February 16th & Sunday, February 17th from 7-9 pm. Saturday night's schedule features a wine tasting, food and live jazz music from the Will Donato Trio. Look forward to dishes like jerk pork summer rolls, slow roasted short ribs and Asian-style samosas. On Sunday, enjoy a hands on cooking demo with well-known Summit County Chef, Mr. Chris Rybak. There will be wine pairing and a New Zealand themed dinner, featuring dishes like crab and shrimp salad on citrus scented quinoa and braised New Zealand lamb shank.
Tickets can be purchased in advance online or at the door, advanced tickets online are
$30 per person for Saturday Night and $55 per person on Sunday night, or you can purchase both nights for just $80 per person. If you are looking for lodging close to the event, The Springs, Red Hawk, Silver Mill and Black Bear condos are just steps away from Keystone's Warren Station where the event is taking place.
