Loved staying here in Keystone! The house was perfect for our family - large, clean, plenty of amenities and beds. We especially loved the family room with lots of games and the hot tub. It’s in a lovely neighborhood very convenient to River Run base or anywhere around Keystone. Maintenance was very responsive and helpful too. We had a great stay!

Early check in was handled fantastically. Unit was equipped very well except small stool missing since I’m on the short side. I had trouble getting clothes out of dryer and setting it. Hot tub was great after having flight delays and felt extra great after skiing. Everyone we had conversations with were very helpful. Check in and out very easy. Would use Summit Cove again.

We had an amazing stay! The unit was extremely clean and comfortable and one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed in. Everything was as pictured and the hosts were friendly and responsive. The hot tub was very private and a welcome retreat after a day of skiing. Access to Keystone was so easy with the shuttle stop only a few steps from the front door. And our family had a blast with the board games. We would absolutely rent here again! Loved every moment and felt like home.

The accommodations were as shown. The location was quiet, well-appointed, and a beautiful area with great access to many sites. The inside of the townhome was spotless, with everything that we needed. The only minor glitch was the entry to the place. We were not told we had to go through the garage to access the home, and we were not provided the garage door access code. It took a bit to determine that it was not the lock on the front door that we needed to use, and for the team to recognize that we had not received all of the information to access the home. In that confusion, it was noted that there were very large spider webs across the front door and near the garage doors. This should not deter future renters, but rather serve as a reminder to provide all necessary information and take note of the exterior's cleanliness. Everything else was great.

We liked that the house had everything necessary for comfortable living! Excellent, new household appliances! Enough space for a company of up to 10 people! A warm garage, which was great because all the equipment dried out! It is convenient that the bus passes nearby and you can easily and quickly get to the ski lifts! Of course, the hot tab was great!

This home is wonderful. We traveled with our family of 4 (2 kids that are tween/teen ages). There are were more rooms and beds than we needed, but the home fit our needs, wants, and expectations so we booked. Please note that this would be a great rental for 2 families, but caution anyone with kiddos that can fall down stairs, as their are 3 different sets of stairs for the levels of this home ( or consider renting baby gates). Close drive to the ski resort. We loved that there were 2 spaces for garage parking. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and they had a generous supply of towels, etc. Our favorite amenity was the private hot tub out the back door. This was fabulous after a long day of skiing. We plan to stay at this location again! Clean, responsive rental property management, well supplied, and up to date decor!!

We had a fabulous quick getaway to Keystone. The home was completely stocked with plenty of linens & kitchen items. It also had a great assortment of games for us to play! So nice to be able to take a dip in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes and sleep in super comfortable beds! The radiant in-floor heating was an added plus! Would highly recommend it for a group trip!

We had a great stay at this unit over Thanksgiving week. It was my family of 5 with my brother's family of 5. Plenty of space to spread out with four adults and six kids. The two master suites make it nice so each couple has a comfortable space. The 2-car heated garage with mudroom is great for storing all your ski and snowboarding gear. Private hot tub is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at Alders 854. Last time we were there to ski and this time to enjoy the summer activities! We've enjoyed both stays very much. Comfortable, clean, great view and location! We'll be back if we get the chance! Having the two living spaces is perfect for traveling with teens and young adults.

Overall a perfect place for our family of 6. Easy drive and access to keystone and other areas like copper and vail. Enjoyed the hot tub after A hard day of skiing. Hot tub area needs safety improvement like rubber mats, divert the ice that accumulates off the roof. Plenty of separate area for adults, and kids, best assortment of spices, and well stocked kitchen. Tall two car heated garage.

We randomly had a few days to get out of town and happened across this rental when looking and we’re SO glad we did. The house made our trip. Highly recommend. My husband and i went with our 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out or group up together if we chose.

Loved our stay at Alders 854. It's so close to the Gondola parking lot, maybe a 1 minute drive. Each morning the fam loaded up and drove over for the day. If for any reason you have to get back during the day it's not a big deal. Pro tip: It's totally worth it to pay for Hunki Dori lot parking which puts you next to Gondola. The house was fantastic. Comfortable, clean, and the fireplace throws out a ton of heat. Our family of 5 would stay there again in a heart beat.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It had the perfect amount of space and all of the amenities we could ever ask for. The beds were easily the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! Check in and out was easy, and the staff were all so helpful. This house is perfect for a bigger family or friends weekend getaway like ours. Thanks so much summitcove.com! Summit Realty was wonderful! They called us several times ahead of our trip to let us know about check-in, etc. Hot tub was serviced while we were there and driveway plowed. The ONLY issue we had was when we got there pretty late to check in, the Summit Realty person wasn't there-someone else was. Consequently, we had a very difficult time locating the home in the dark.

Thanks for choosing SummitCove Property Management.  Sorry you had issues finding the property, after 11pm we drop down to 1 person and some times they need to go help other guests.  We do have them carry the emergency phone with them so next time please call and we will be able to assist!

Very nice place. Enjoyed the hot tub and large deck. Was disappointed when were told the gas fire pit had been removed because they home association just decided they weren’t allowed. This was not because of the county fire ban. We found this out the day we checked in. We were sold the rental with a fire pit and didn’t get it or offered any return. Was not a vaca killer but kids had been anticipating s’mores.

Manager's Response:
Hi Ryan, I'm not sure who told you it was because of the HOA, but it was actually removed because of the fire ban. According to stage 2 fire restrictions there can be no open flames outside. It will be placed back on the deck when the fire ban has ceased. Hope to see you again soon!

Alders 854 has it all! It is a beautiful town home with every amenity that you could need or want. The hot tub is amazing! Very clean. Close to free shuttle bus stop. Plenty of room for a large group. Beautiful views!

The pictures didn’t do this place justice. This is a beautiful condo that had tons of room and everything you could need. We spent more time hanging out in the condo at night than normal because it was such a cozy spot. Definitely keeping it on the radar for our next trip.

One of the best family vacations we’ve had! Townhouse was spacious for our families! There were tons of amenities and games to keep us entertained if we didn’t want to go out! SummitCove staff was friendly and accommodating when we requested extra supplies! We can’t wait to go back to Alders 854!
