Soda Spring II 1924

There are some problems with this location you should know about. First, it does not “sleep 8” unless you put two children in each of the bunk beds, then two on the sofa bed and two in the master. They did not provide blankets for the sofa bed. Second, this unit is poorly maintained. The washing machine rack had all kinds of deep rust pits on it. While it’s not hazardous to your health, it’s a little disrespectful to see something like that in a place like this. Pretty easy to fix, yet it remains. The master bath does not drain unless you physically hold down the drain lever. While you shower, you will be over your ankles in water. Someone removed the window blind from the east-facing window in the master bedroom. The sun will be in your face every morning. You won’t enjoy that. There is a large, deep, sharp gouge in the tile in the second bathroom next to the shower. You will slice your foot open on that if you are not careful. This is something that should be fixed, and has likely been there a very long time. Did not appreciate that.

We especially loved the pool and hot tub. Our grandkids had a great time playing outside and getting to swim every afternoon. We also liked the nearby grill. Beds were comfortable and we didn't hear any noise from any of the other condos. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings for a summer getaway. Hope to return!

Very nice area for a family stay.
The pool and hot tub were relaxing!
There were close places to hike around.
We drove to Vail (About 40 mins away) for a spectacular Firework Show!
We enjoyed our stay, would recommend!

Great condo. Would stay again! The huge bunk bed was a hit with the kids. The top bunk doesn't have guard rails for little kids but wasn't an issue for us. Right near hot tub and pool facility and very short walk to shuttle stop. Would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding condo, clean, clean, clean, great fireplace, tv had netflix, we had a great experience. One criticism, industrial toilet paper, single ply is not the way to go, splurge and get a better brand and your vacationers will appreciate it. Everything else was outstanding.

I love keystone in the summer - so many fun activities at your fingertips and scenery is just gorgeous. We considered staying in Breck but am glad we went with keystone- quieter and more scenic. The condo is a bit tired but a good value for the price. We loved the pool and hot tub. (Two kids (8,6) and two adults stayed for a week at the end of August).

Conveniently located in Keystone. Close to slopes, River Run, not far from Breckinridge. Condo was nice, a little dated but comfortable. Lovely complex, beautiful grounds.

This place was perfect for our family. we spent a few days in the area and needed a place to unwind, recharge, and prepare for the next adventure. The kitchen has everything thing we needed to prepare and cook our meals. We even used the grill down by the pool one evening. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and orderly. The community pool and hot tub were great. We found the whole experience here delightful and at a great price. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay at SummitCove. We came for a summer time break from the heat and enjoyed the surrounding mountains. We saw a bear, heard Elk, hiked in the mountains, and enjoyed a family vacation in a cozy condo. The price was unbeatable. I really appreciate SummitCove for providing outstanding service and beautiful accommodations at a price for a family on a budget.

It was a great stay. The place was spacious but I think the TV is small. I didn't have much trouble finding the unit. The wi-fi was good as well. Team was responsive and friendly. The price is a bit high but matches surrounding units (might be because of the season).

Nice quiet location. Great pool and hot tub. Condo does need updating as mentioned in a previous review. I suggest getting a larger television in the living room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with Summit Cove in the future!

We actually did not stay at this property, at the time of going to airport property management called us and said the property having issues and they have to move us to a different one. Have to give credit to property management, it's like a concierge service. They put us in alternative amazing property and our stay was fantastic. We passed by this property couple of times , it's located right next to the amazing trail, so You're right by the mountain. The trail is amazing and You'll enjoy quietness of the place, it's away from HWY 6 and perfectly located with walking distance to main Keystone attractions.

The unit was clean and very well appointed when we arrived. The location is convenient to Breckenridge, Vail, Dillon, and more. Despite being so close to the main roads and Keystone resort, the unit is in a quiet secluded area surrounded by trees and crows. During the winter a shuttle runs constantly right in front of the house and it is available in the summer by request. Highly recommend this rental unit!

I booked the location for a fun retreat with a group of girls. We loved where it was located in the mountains. The service we received was great. The only reason I chose good was because when we arrived, the fire place didn't work and the fire detectors kept beeping. But, the staff was quick to come late at night to accommodate us. We will surely be coming back on out next trip.

This place was great. It was private and quiet. It had everything we needed. We appreciated being so close to the bus stop and the short ride to the lifts. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!
