Springs 8911

We had a fantastic stay at Springs 8911 in Keystone, and the condo exceeded our expectations. The location in River Run Village is ideal—just a short walk to the gondola, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and enjoying everything Keystone has to offer. The unit has been recently remodeled, and you can tell the moment you walk in. Everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully updated—you can still smell the fresh paint. The finishes and furnishings give the condo a modern mountain feel while still being warm and comfortable. One of the things we really enjoyed was the two balconies, which give you great places to relax and take in the fresh mountain air. Whether enjoying coffee in the morning or unwinding after a day on the slopes, the extra outdoor space is a wonderful feature. The living area is cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking, and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook in. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, making it easy to recharge for the next day’s adventures. The Springs building amenities are also excellent, including the heated pool and hot tubs, which are perfect after a long day on the mountain. Overall, Springs 8911 is a beautifully refreshed condo in an unbeatable Keystone location, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Views were amazing and the unit was clean and spacious and newly remodeled. Had everything we needed for a week stay. Easy walk to the gondola, shops and restaurants. Pillow top mattress pads and blackout curtains for the sliding doors in the bedroom would be helpful. All in all a very nice condo!

This lodge is truly a gem! It offers stunning views overlooking a large pool and two hot tubs, providing the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. The ski-in, ski-out access is incredibly convenient, making it easy to hit the mountain whenever you’re ready. Plus, the lodge is just a short walk to the village and the gondola, which is a huge bonus. The décor inside is charming and thoughtfully designed, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. There are plenty of bathrooms for convenience, and the beds are super comfortable—perfect for a restful night after an action-packed day. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

We have stayed in Vail, Breck and many other places in Keystone. This condo surpasses them all. The views of the resort are unbeatable: look straight from the patio out to River Run, the gondola and the White River National Forest. In addition to the incredible views from TWO patios, the living room is spacious, updated and comfortable. The over-size couch is perfect for a family movie night or watching a game. And there’s a large dining table that accommodates at least 10 family and friends for big meals. Each of the beds and mattresses are comfortable and the owners provide high-quality sheets and towels. The owners have thought of everything: reliable WiFi, a wine refrigerator and the patio deck is heated! The property is great, too: two large hot tubs and a fun pool with a slide and also a fire pit with a really nice gas grill (we used to grill steaks). There’s also an updated fitness center which we couldn’t use in our short time here. We’ll be back for sure.

What a perfect place! Awesome views, close to everything and condo is so clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our time sitting outside and taking in the views. There is some construction nearby but it was not an issue for us at all. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Keystone!

What a fantastic place to unwind and decompress from the outside world. I joined a few friends out to Keystone for a long weekend and just had a delightful time. The weather was great, the views spectacular, and we had a fun time enjoying the activities of the Wine & Jazz festival. The rental unit was extremely clean and welcoming. With three comfortable bedrooms and baths, it had plenty of space for twice as many people in our party. And, even though the rental disclaimer warned us about the possible construction noise next door, I was pleasantly surprised and not bothered at all by it. The walls are quite sound proof, and it was actually just one more interesting thing to watch as we sat on the balcony partaking of each evening's sunset. You will not be dissapointing!

We recently stayed in this condo and it was perfect for our group. The ambiance, feel, and vibe are perfect, views far and wide directly over the main runs. Steps away from gondola and base lifts. Too many amenities to mention, this place has it all. We especially liked the two large separate ‘primary/master’ bedrooms with en suite bath. Great for two families to easily share. The large living/dining/kitchen area is ideal for all size groups. I will stay here again. It was an outstanding experience.

I'm a repeat customer at this unit with a beautiful view of the mountain and the gondola. The unit is high enough that the new construction doesn't interfere with the views. Whatever your plans include, Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, or a day of spoiling yourself at a nearby spa, this location is excellent. The unit is nicely appointed and very comfortable. You won't regret booking this unit. So what are you waiting for?

This condo helped save our trip. Unfortunately, the condo we had rented had problems and we couldn’t stay there. Summit Cove Management helped us with the problem condo AND helped find us this property. They were amazing to work with and I will definitely book with them again! The condo had just the right amount of space, the kitchen area was beautiful, there were tons of games, and the slopes were a short walk away.

Was a but worried with recent construction about noise, but there was hardly any noise. Additionally worried that we werent gonna be able to see the slope, but we could easily see the slopes and conditions clear from the window which we were happy about. The walk wasnt so bad, just need to walk around the construction, but hopefully when it is over the walk will be much easier. The place is quite charming i think as well!!

I’ve stayed in this unit several times and always enjoyed it. Clean, well-appointed, and conveniently located. Plenty of room for a large group. The hot tub and pool are great. There’s construction going on nearby but it’s really not an issue. And the top floor views look right over the mountain. Great spot. Check it out!

Our stay was perfect! From picking up the key to leaving on Monday, everything was as expected. The boiler was out of order for the building on Thursday when we arrived and it was fixed promptly and efficiently. The pool was excellent and the condo was in great condition.

This top floor unit is beautiful and conveniently located near everything. Just a few steps from the gondola and the Village, you're right in the heart of the activity. The unit is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Plenty of room in the large open living space, lots of windows facing the mountains, and two balconies! I will definitely stay here again!

Condo was well equipped and spacious. Allowing for more than 1 vehicle in the garage for 3 bedroom condo renters would be ideal or provide a closer alternative than the keystone lodge and spa.

Hi Alison, unfortunately the parking rules are set by Keystone Resort not by SummitCove. We wish we could provide more parking but we are simply not allowed to, and if we were to give out more passes, it could mean your vehicles could be towed. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Unit 8911 is a top-of-the-line accommodation at the base of keystone. It’s a large unit with plenty of space for a group or several couples. Great floorplan, open kitchen and dining area, comfy furniture, and great unit essentials (just bring a toothbrush!). There are multiple balconies and amazing mountain views. Easy access to hot tub and other unit amenities, as well as steps away from both the main village and the base lifts (no car needed). Parking garage in the building. Is convenient to park it and forget about it. The unit is clean, convenient, and close to everything. Highly recommend!

The Springs Unit 8911 in Keystone is conveniently located for easy access to the mountain and the village. It's beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well appointed. My family and I stayed in the Springs 8911 unit for my kids Spring Break, and everything was perfect! The unit was spacious, well-appointed and the location and property amenities cannot be beat! Our group consisted of myself and my husband, our three kids, (ages 3, 5 & 7) and my parents who are in their 60's. This location had it all, for everyone! The view of Dercum's Dash from this unit is amazing and got us excited for skiing every day! We cooked in the unit for most meals because of the kids, but the unit is extremely walkable to the village's restaurants, bars, shops, etc. And I can't forget about the walk-ability to ski-school...it was SO easy to get the kids off to ski school each morning (getting them all dressed is another story!) and then the adults just jumped on the lift ourselves and off we went. At the end of each day, the hot tub and heated pool were a big hit, especially the water slide for the kids! Overall, this is the perfect unit to stay in and made our vacation unforgettable. We cannot wait to go back!

This condo was perfect for our family Holiday vacation. The location and view are spectacular and the unit is likely the best in River Run Village. We have been coming to Keystone for over 18 years and this condo is by far our favorite. The beds are super comfortable, the couch is huge and the wood kitchen table fits two families with room for more. Everything about this condo is first class. We loved having the bose music speaker. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a wonderful Christmas dinner. We would definitely recommend this condo and plan to stay here again!
