Great house. the views were amazing. Super close but not walkable due to the hills. The loft is very nice and private for use as a 4th bedroom as long as the living room is quiet. The garage is also a huge bonus that’s very useful.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The views of the mountain are incredible and it was fun to watch skiers from the living room. Quick and easy to get everywhere in Keystone. Spacious home and perfect for our group of 8.

Beautiful place! Has everything you need. Lovely views. Will absolutely book again. Only downfall is we paid extra to check in early and door code was dead. Had to wait about a hour for someone to come fix issue. Although, Summit Cove is great and did there best to take care of us. Even call to check to make sure we got in.

The place was perfect for two families and our dogs. I was pleasantly surprised how many things the kitchen had I didn’t have to bring I.e. crock pot, coffee grinder, blender, etc. The code didn’t work when we arrived and they immediately called maintenance who called me with a different one to get in. I wish when we called for trash pick up they would have been able to pick up but we were told to just leave it which made me feel bad there was so much from Thanksgiving dinner. Overlooking the run was awesome and it was so close for running back and forth skiing and boarding. Highly recommend.

We’ve had the best time in Keystone! The house was specious, well equipped and on top of the mountain with spectacular views!! Kitchen had everything we needed.
The furniture could use upgrading because they are very old (80’s!) but overall we enjoyed the stay. We’d recommend this place to anyone, especially families.

We stayed here with our family (5 adults and a dog) and it was perfect for us! The location is quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to many surrounding communities. The home is well-appointed with beautiful architecture, and it has a very cozy and homey feel. The views from each room are incredible!

This stay was extraordinary - you have a direct view of the slopes which you can literally walk to but if you choose to drive it’s less than 5 min. The fact that they include ski day passes is incredible. The home is BEAUTIFUL, very roomy, very clean and just perfect. Definitely recommend 4wd if you go in the winter or you will not be able to get yo the drive on the hill. FWD works but RWD will not make it up. Overall the most impeccable stay I’ve experienced via airbnb and very kind hosts.

This cabin isn’t the most modern cabin, but it was very clean and very comfortable. The views were just amazing and I really enjoyed having a cup of coffee out on the deck every morning. The sunsets were also beautiful. I would definitely love to come back someday soon. Thank you to our hosts.

The Brom House is a lovely home with the best views in Keystone. We’ve stayed in many other places in the area and nothing compares. The home had plenty of space for our families to spread out. It was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better place at such a reasonable price. The only suggestion I’d make is to improve the landscaping in the front. It is pretty rough and detracts from the overall beauty of the home.

If you are looking for a home with a great location in Keystone, the most amazing view from every window...don't hesitate to stay at the Brom house. We were so fortunate to find this home and it was perfect for our family. The service from Summit Cove was always prompt, friendly and very informative. Although I didn't, after experiencing their service I would recommend going straight to them. They have a coupon book that saved us from skis to restaurants. And there's a bonus... three free ski passes every day the entire visit. For 4 days of skiing, we saved almost $2400. My last comment is don't book the day we come back!!!

This house is warm and inviting, with plenty of room, the woodstove is awesome. The management staff was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was set up nicely and with yet another perfect and inspiring view. The heated floors were very nice as well. The bathrooms need updating for sure but everything worked perfectly.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Brom House. The wood burning fireplace and heated floors added an extra layer of comfort on top of the lovely decorated home. The views of River Run were fun to look at during our meals and the Summit Cove staff went above and beyond to meet my family needs. I would definitely stay again!

We would normally be at Lake Mac in Ogalalla with our NE friends and our families but this year, we decided on a mountain getaway. Keystone provided a much appreciated reprieve from the heat and a beautiful place to stay. We arrived at Brom house 48 in the midst of a thunderstorm and the views were fantastic! We all faced the windows watching the storm in the wonderful, cool afternoon after coming over Loveland Pass from the Denver area. SummitCove is just at the base of the pass and the house very close to that - perfect! The three bedrooms were perfect for the couples with room to spare. The kitchen really was fully stocked and the grill was great (I didn't see it on the listing on one site, but it's there!) There was plenty of seating for us to gather and talk well into the night. The beds were very comfortable - we checked with each other - so everyone slept well so we could take to Gondola and chairlift to the top of the mountain. Don't do this if you're in a hurry to get back down, thunderstorms and hail kept us at the top longer than we expected by almost 2 hours. It was worth it! We'd definitely stay here again, even with more people. Wonderful!

4 friends and I came here for spring break this year(2019) and had a blast. the house was super close and easy access to the mountain and river run village. The house had million dollar views. Perfect for three couples. Price wise was very reasonable too. This house has everything your looking for in a great vacation rental. The only negative thing I would say was the house was very hard to cool down. Would definitely stay here again!
